Silsila provides messaging automation and social media management tools accessible via web applications. These tools consolidate multiple social media accounts for unified management through a single platform. Services include bot management, flow automation, audience engagement, and analytics.

The platform integrates with social networks including Telegram, Facebook Messenger, and Instagram Direct. Collection, use, and management of personal information by these social networks are governed by their respective privacy policies.

Important: Our Services are not intended for use by children and should only be accessed by individuals who are at least 18 years old and are using the Services for business purposes.

We may need to retain certain information about you for as long as you maintain an account for our Services, to provide you with our Services, for record keeping purposes, for payment processing, to comply with our legal and regulatory obligations, to resolve disputes, or to enforce the applicable terms of service.

You may opt out of marketing communications by clicking unsubscribe links in emails. Unsubscribing from marketing communications will not affect product-related emails sent in connection with your use of our Services.

How to Request Data Deletion

You have the right to request the deletion of your personal data at any time. You can request data deletion using any of the following methods:

1. Email Request

Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line "Data Deletion Request". Please include your full name and the email address associated with your account so we can verify your identity and locate your data.

2. Facebook Data Deletion Callback

If you connected your account through Facebook, you can request deletion of your data directly from Facebook. Go to your Facebook Settings → Apps and Websites → select Silsila → click "Remove". This will trigger an automatic data deletion request to our system.

What Data Will Be Deleted

Upon receiving a verified data deletion request, we will delete the following:

We will process your data deletion request within 30 days of receiving it. You will receive a confirmation once your data has been deleted. Some information may be retained for up to 90 days in encrypted backups, after which it will be permanently removed.

We may retain limited information where required by law, such as transaction records for tax or regulatory compliance purposes.

Who Has Access to Your Information?

Silsila does not rent or sell your information. We restrict access to your information to authorized employees and we do not share your information with third parties except in the circumstances explained below.

Employees and Contractors

Authorized personnel access information as needed for job performance. All our employees and contractors are required to agree to maintain the confidentiality and protect the privacy of your information.

Service Providers

Limited information is shared with providers for communications, database management, and service delivery. Service providers must agree to confidentiality obligations consistent with this policy.

Social Networks and Third-Party Services

Users connecting social networks or authorizing third-party services agree to information sharing under those entities' respective terms and policies.

Law Enforcement and Authorities

We may need to disclose information about you where we believe that it is reasonably necessary to comply with a law or regulation, or if we are otherwise legally required to do so, such as in response to a court order or legal process.

How Do We Safeguard Your Information?

When using Services and managing content, users act as data controllers and Silsila acts as a data processor. As a data processor, Silsila will only access and process content to provide you with the Services in accordance with your instructions, the Terms of Service, the social networks' terms, and applicable laws.

Silsila will never share, sell, disclose, or otherwise make available your personal information or that of your clients to any third party, except as strictly required by law or with your explicit consent.

All data processing activities are performed with the highest standards of security and confidentiality. Silsila implements appropriate technical and organizational measures to safeguard your data against unauthorized access, alteration, or disclosure.

How Long Do We Retain Your Information?

In general, Silsila does not permanently store content from social networks. Rather, when you log in to the Services, we retrieve data from social networks in real time so that it is displayed in the platform.

Inbox messages are stored for 6 weeks to enable you to take any action required, such as replying to messages.

We retain your information as long as required to provide the Services requested by you, for record keeping purposes, to comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce the terms for the Services. After it is no longer necessary for us to retain information about you, or otherwise upon your request, we will dispose of it in a secure manner or anonymize the information.

Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may make changes to this privacy policy at any time to reflect updates to our Services, applicable laws, and other factors. We will include a prominent notice on this website and/or our Services if we make any material changes, but we encourage you to stay informed by reviewing this policy periodically.
